Outfit: Happy Friday

Hi people
I haven’t forgot you. The last two weeks have been so busy. I have been studying and have now only 2 out of 6 examination remain.

in my last post I promise to show you guys what I bought in Amsterdam and here you go. In Amsterdam I finally found the perfect pair of white jeans !! I have been looking and looking, but couldn’t find a pair that was spot on with the size or not too see-through.
These jeans are from Topshop and are the model Joni but in petite size – I’m a Mini- :*

Jeg har ikke glemt jer. De sidste to uger har virkelig været travle. Jeg har læst op, og har kun 2 ud af 6 eksamner tilbage.

I mit sidste indlæg lovede jeg at vise, hvad jeg havde købt i Amsterdam og værsgo. I Amsterdam fandt jeg de perfekte par hvide jeans. Jeg har vireklig været på udkig, men enten passede de ikke eller også var de for gemmensigtige.

Stripes’N Vibes

Happy Maundy Thursday
In Denmark, today is a bank holiday, so I’m spending the day at home, out in the sunshine.
If you follow me on Instagram: @blue_ducklings, you have maybe already have seen the blouse before, but I don’t think I have been posted it on the blog.

The blouse is not super new, because I have been using it a lot the last couples of week. I really like the lace up, it is super fine and nice to wear. I love how it shows off the lace bra top I’m wearing underneath. Besides the lace up details I adore stripes. Stripes are something that you always can go back to. Sribes is one of the things that never goes of the fashion trend.
Style the blouse with a skirt or jeans, it doesn’t matter, it both looks great ❤

Are you just as crazy with stripes and lace up details, as I’m ?

Glædelig Skærtorsdag.
Det er jo en helligdag, så jeg bruger dagen på afslapning herhjemme i det gode solskinsvejr.

Hvis du følger mig på Instagram: @blue_ducklings så har du måske allerede set blusen. Blusen er faktisk ikke særlig nu, for jeg har nemlig brugt den ret meget de sidste par uger. Jeg er ret vil med den ‘lace up’ detalje blusen har, det er virklig fint, og jeg elsker den måde den viser den blonde bh top, som jeg har på indenunder. Derudover så er jeg vild med striber. Striber er noget man altid kan vende til nage til. Striber er en af de ting, der aldrig går af moden.

Er du ligeså vild med stirber og lace up bluser, som jeg er ?

Clinique Moisture Surge

Two weeks ago I ran out of Lancôme Hydra Zen face crème, but because the last two week had been a bit busy, I thought I could wait a bit, until I had  some more time. I had also considering trying another face crème. Not that I don’t like Lancôme’s Hydra Zen, I actually really like the crème, but it is a bit expensive for a student.

But not buying a new face crème immediately was a big mistake. Instead of buying a new one immediately, I used one a creme my mother gave me, but the creme wasn’t good for my skin. I had to use bio-oil to save my skin from drying totally out and being itching.

Because of this episode I went to a local make-up store some days ago, where I got home with Clinique Moisture surge.
What I liked about Lancôme Hydra Zen was that it was a gel crème, which Clinique Moisture surge also are. I think gel creme are easier to disperse, they don’t feel heavy and greasy on the face.

What I also like about Clinique Moisture surge is the crème is allergy tested, 100 % perfume free and it is an oil-free gel crème.
I have still not use the crème for so long, so I don’t know if I prefer  Cliniques creme rather than Lancôme Hydra Zen. But I do believe, that I would buy Cliniques crème again, because I don’t have to use so much creme, I use like a fingernail of creme, to cover my face, which I think is a great advantage.

I would like to know which face creme you prefers?

Jeg løb, for to uger siden, tør for Lancôme’s Hydra Zen ansigt creme. Fordi de sidste par uger har været lidt travel, så havde jeg ikke rigtig tid til at købe en ny creme. Jeg havde også overvejede at prøve en anden ansigts creme end Hydra Zen, da den er lidt dyr for en studerende som mig, uden rigtige indtægter.

Men ikke at købe en ny creme straks var en stor fejltagelse.I stedet for at købe en straks, så brugte jeg en, som min mor gav mig, men den var ikke særlig god. Jeg var nød til at bruge bio-oil for at rede mit ansigt fra at tørre totalt ud og klø helt vild.

Efter denne episode tog jeg hen til Matas i sidste uge, hvor jeg kom hjem med Clinique Moisture Surge.
Hvad jeg virkelig godt kunne lide ved Lancôme Hydr Zen var, at det var en gel creme, hvilket Clinique Moisture Surge også er. Jeg synes de er nemmere at fordele i ansigtet, så virker de ikke særlig tunge, eller fedtet i ansigtet.

Hvad jeg også godt kan lide ved Clinique Moisture Surge er at den er allergitestet, 100 % parfumefri, og den er olie-fri.
Jeg har stadig ikke brugt cremen i så lang tid, og jeg ved endnu ikke om jeg foretrækker den fremfor Lancômes Hydra Zen, men jeg tror sagtens at jeg kunne finde på, at købe denne Cliniques creme igen. Jeg behøver nemlig ikke bruge særlig meget creme, max. en fingernegl, for at kunne dække mit ansigt, hvilket jeg synes er en fordel.

Jeg kunne godt tænke mig, at høre hvilke ansigts cremer  du fortrækker?

 

W7 Gelly Sandwich & Myrtle Green Nails

I was pretty excited to use W7 Gelly Sandwich kit, when I found it at the drugstore. A big problem for me, when I’m using nail polish, is that the nail polish starts to crackling, just after a few days. I therefore hoped that using W7 Gelly Sandwich, my nailpolish would maybe last longer, even trough the product doesn’t promise it .

W7 Gelly Sandwich should give the same resultat as If you use gel manicure, but with this nail set you can do it without a LED nail lamp. The nail kit is super easy to use: First you clean of your nails, then you apply the gel base coat, lets it dry. Then two coats of normal nail polish. I used a nail polish in the color ‘Faded Myrtle’ which is a beautiful color with a green and greyish look, LOVE IT <3.
When the normal layers of normal nail polish is dry, you apply the clear gel top, and vola you have beautiful nails.

I found the drying time quite good of the kit, and the top coat gave the nails a lovely ekstra shine. Unfortunately the nail kit didn’t make the nail polish last longer. After three days the nail polish started to crackles at the tips of the nails.

Even though the kit didn’t make the nail polish last longer, I’m still satisfied with the product. The bace coat prevents your nails from discoloration, and the top coat really gives the nails a lovely ekstra shine.

Besides that I’m a person who use my hands a lot, which also tears on the nail polish.

Lovely Pattern

Black can be a lifesaver, especially when I don’t know what to wear and it feels like it is almost every day, but this lovely black blouse is more than a lifesaver, because it has the most beautiful pattern.
I love the simple but a bit special pattern which really gives the blouse some life. The blouse is perfect instead of a bit boring and very simple black t-shirt/blouse.

On the pictures I chose to style the blouse with a pair of black jeans for a simple work day outfit, but I also wanted to highlight the pattern, so I kept it simple and in black.

The pattern and the small details on the back and by the sleeve is real love. Right now it is my favorite blouse and it is a blouse I can use for a go out or a normal school day.

Divine Look

January sale is on and yesterday I was at my local Make-up store where I found this gift box with Lancôme’s Grandiôse, with 40 % off. I was so happy because I had Lancôme’s Grandiôse on my wish list this Christmas, but didn’t get it. Actually the gift box was at a lower price than the mascara alone cost, so it is really a bargain.
Besides the mascara the box also include a red nail polish, a lipgloss and a eyeliner.

A dear friend from my class introduced me for the masacara around last Christmas when she got it for present. Since that I had been telling myself that I had to try it out.
I had heard so much great about Grandiôse, not only from my classmate, but also from beautician. Grandiôse has even won ‘Danish Beauty Award 2015’, so I’m really looking forward to try it out.

The Chain Bag

Among all the Christmas shopping in december I bought as a Christmas present to me from myself. I have been looking on this bag in a long time and when there was profit on the bank account I couldn’t help myself.

The size of the bag is amazing. I can have my 13.3 ” computer in the bag, so I can use the bag for school etc.

Mellem alt julegave indkøbende i december købte jeg denne taske, som en julegave til mig selv. Jeg har længe haft godt øje til tasken, og da bankkontoen sagde plus kunne jeg ikke lade være.

Størrelsen på tasken er virkelig perfekt. Tasken kan rumme min 13.3″ computer, og jeg kan derfor bruge den som skoletaske osv.

Har du givet dig selv en julegave? Jeg vil elske at høre din mening om tasken. 

Sweater Weather

Only High Neck Sweater

It is season for sweaters; it is autumn and it is cold and dark outside. This simple high neck sweater is my newest bought to the autumn/winter wardrobe. I believe that you never can get to many simple basic items in your wardrobe. So a new sweater added to the wardrobe, is never wrong.
This season it is all about layer on layer. I therefore going to style this sweater with an awesome shirt/blouse under neater or wear the sweaters over a dress. I think the grey color is perfect, because it goes with everything, and isn’t black (own way to much black colored).
What do you think? Can you get to many sweaters? How will you like to style the sweater?

Det er sæson for sweaters, det er efterår og koldt og mørk udenfor. Denne simple højhalsede trøje er mit nyeste køb til min efterårs/vinter gaderobe. Ifølge mig kan man aldrig få for mange basisk elementer i sin gaderobe. Så en ny simpel trøje e aldrig forkert, hvis du spørg mig.
Denne sæson handler om ’lag på lag’, derfor vil jeg bruge denne trøje ovenpå en lækker skjorte/bluse indenunder, eller bruge trøjen oven på en kjole.
Jeg tænker den grå farve er perfekt, da den gå med alt og ikke er sort (ejer for meget sort).
Hvad synes du?  Kan man få for mange trøjer? Hvordan vil du sammensætte trøjen?

Kähler Omaggio

Red Kähler Omaggio Cup

The danish brand, Kähler, is one of my favorites when it comes to ceramics. I love the design, which I find very modern and timeless. These cups from the Omaggio assortment, are my newest bought to my collection of Kähler. You can find the cups in a lot of different colors, and I wouldn’t mind to own the cups in violet, green or grey. The experience of a cup of coffe or tea, Is just better if it is serve in something beautiful and nice. It is actually first over these years that I have got to know the Brand Kähler and theris products . Besides the cups I have the rose colored Omaggio vase in medium which I got for my 18^th birthday this year.
Do you know the Danish brand, Kähler? What do you think about it?

Det danske brand Kähler, er et af mine ynglings mærker, når det kommet til kreamik. Jeg elsker designet, som jeg finder meget moderne og tidsløs. Disse kopper fra Omaggion kollektionen er mit nyeste køb til min samling af Kähler. Kopperne fås i forskellige farver, og jeg vil absolut ikke have noget imod, at eje kopperne i violet, grøn eller grå. Oplevelsen af en kop tea eller kaffe, er bare bedre når den serveres i noget der er smukt. Det er faktisk for her for de sidste par år, at jeg har fået kendskab til Kåhler og deres produkter. Udover kopperne så har jeg også en medium Omaggio vase i rosa, som jeg fik til min 18 års fødselsdag i år.
Du kender helt sikkert mærket Kähler. Hvad synes du om det ?
